A longtime ARTC favorite is back.
For nearly 40 years, Altamaha Mud has been a staple of our business and a go-to coffee for folks who love a great cup. When our longtime roaster closed up shop, we set out to recreate the roast so many of you came to know and rely on every day.
Over nearly two years, we worked with multiple roasters and countless samples to get as close as possible to the original. While we haven't been able to duplicate its exact flavor profile, this is as close as we can possibly get it. The new roast is slightly darker and bolder, with a familiar aroma and flavor notes reminiscent of the original. We're proud to bring you a new version that carries on the Altamaha Mud tradition.
A note for longtime Altamaha Mud drinkers: This is a new roast, and while it's very similar to the original, it's not an exact match. We want you to know what to expect before ordering.
